Hiring many temporary part-time workers toward the end of the year. Onboarding education was conducted manually using a 40-minute PowerPoint presentation, but the repetition of the same content was labor-intensive, and the quality of explanations varied depending on the person in charge.

We tried to use audio recorded by employees for narration, but when actually recorded, it was difficult to hear and unclear.

At Juchheim Co., Ltd., we hire many temporary part-time workers toward the end of the year.
