• The plan will be activated within 24 hours after confirmation of payment.
• If the username and the name of the remitter are different, the plan will not be activated unless you contact us.
• Ondoku bank transfers are only available for annual payments.
• There are no specific discounts for annual payments.
• Refunds for mid-term cancellations are not available.
• Mid-term plan changes cannot be accepted.
• Quotations and invoices without payment or contact for more than 3 months will be deleted as expired.
• Bank transfers do not renew automatically.

How to Issue an Invoice for Ondoku's Business Plan

1. Register as a free member on Ondoku.
2. You can issue an invoice from Ondoku's Settings under "Payment → Annual Bank Payment".
3. Please check the contents of the invoice and transfer the billed amount to the designated account.
   * Invoices can only be issued when displayed in Japanese.
   * Transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
