A. Generative AI (LLM: Large Language Models) is not used in Ondoku's voice service.
The AI in Ondoku's voice creation service generates voices using a speech synthesis engine, and we define this speech synthesis technology as "AI."
Speech synthesis refers to the technology of artificially creating human voices, a technology already utilized in various situations such as announcements on public transportation, automated responses in call centers, and reading electronic books.
