• If the username and the transfer name are different, the plan will not be activated unless you contact us.
• Ondoku only accepts bank transfers for annual payments.
• There is no discount for paying annually.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations midway.
• We cannot accept changes to plans mid-way.
• Any quotes or invoices that have not received payment or contact from you for more than three months will be deemed expired and will be deleted.
• Bank transfers are not automatically renewed.
  If you wish to continue after the second year, please issue a new invoice and make payment.
  In this case, the plan will be activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Please note that this is not a renewal on the expiration date.

2. You can issue an invoice by going to Ondoku's settings and selecting "Payment → Annual Bank Payment ."
