3. Uncheck the notification setting checkbox

The "Character count update notification setting" in the notification settings is checked (✔).

Uncheck (✓) and press Update.
*The settings will not be reflected unless you press Update.

Notes on stopping email distribution
Even if you stop email distribution, you cannot stop the delivery of emails with important content, such as emails related to paid plan contracts or password changes.
