How to create audio files for slides with Ondoku

What to prepare

The manuscript can be in PowerPoint notes, or you can prepare it in another software.

Insert audio files into PowerPoint
The audio file formats that can be inserted into PowerPoint are wma, wav, mp3, m4a/mp4 (only for PowerPoint 2013 or later), mid/midi, au, and aiff.

Then, a screen for selecting an audio file will appear, so select the audio file of your choice.
Then a question mark will appear.
Click this icon and set the timing you want it to play.
Changing the start position of an audio file
To choose how your audio file starts, select the drop-down arrow and select an option.

Click anywhere to automatically play the audio file.
Automatically play audio files when you advance to the slide where you placed them.
Plays only when the icon is clicked.
*To choose how to play audio files in your presentation , select one of the following options:
Plays even after switching slides
One audio file will be played for every slide.
repeat until stopped
A single audio file will play repeatedly until you manually stop it by clicking the Play/Pause button.
Audio plays continuously in the background on all slides.

How to change options
- Select the ? mark and select the Play tab from the toolbar.
- Choose your preferred option.
You can also trim the audio, and if you want to do so, you can select Trim Audio and use the red and green sliders to trim the audio file to the desired length.
You can fade audio in or out.
Change the values in each box for [Fade duration].
To adjust the volume, select Volume and select your desired setting.
Give a great presentation with good slides!
