Creating and providing audio on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

We do not permit the creation and provision of audio on behalf of a third party using one's own account, regardless of whether the person is an individual or a corporation.

  • Any audio created during the license period can continue to be used without credit even after the license period ends.
  • Can be used for outsourced and contracted work

Prohibited Activities.

When using this service, users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:

  1. Using Ondoku for products or services that cannot be credited with a free account.
  2. After using Ondoku with a paid account, switching to a free account and continuing to use the same voice without crediting the user.
  3. Using Ondoku for products or services that do not allow crediting with a paid account, then switching to a free account and continuing to use the voice.
  4. Use of throwaway email addresses.
  5. Creating multiple free accounts by the same person.
  6. Lending your account to a third party or any other similar actions.
  7. Infringement of third party copyright rights.
  8. Any act that causes damage to us or any third party.
  9. Using audio files outside of the appropriate plan.
  10. Incorporating it into products outside of the business plan, using it in broadcast media, using it for commissioned work, using it for sale, etc.
  11. Actions that infringe on the property, reputation, privacy, etc. of our company or third parties
  12. Any act that misleads people into believing that the voices created using Ondoku are their own copyrighted works.
    Example: Making statements or taking actions that may give the wrong impression that you created the audio created with Ondoku from scratch.
  13. Selling or distributing any productions or merchandise that primarily feature Ondoku's audio.
    *This refers to cases where the majority of the value of the production or product is provided by audio.
    This refers to services, applications and content that are made possible by the use of Ondoku's voice.
    Example: Audio material such as a collection of lines, greetings, etc.
