About receipts

If you would like to receive a receipt using a credit or debit card (Stripe), please

Once your purchase is completed on Ondoku, a receipt email similar to the one above will be sent to the specified email address.

You will also receive an email from Stripe where you can download your invoice and receipt . The downloaded invoice will appear like this.

Bills and receipts are compatible with the invoice system.

At this time, information such as the recipient's name and address will reflect the information at the time of payment.

Due to the specifications of the payment service "Stripe", this information cannot be downloaded even if you change the information later.

The next time you make a payment, you can download the reflected invoice/receipt.

The registration number on invoices and receipts that can be downloaded from Stripe emails will be outlined in red.

This depends on Stripe settings and cannot be changed.

Receipts issued by Ondoku can be easily obtained by logging into Ondoku and going to SettingsCard details and receipts .

Regarding Ondoku payment method bank transfer

Some people give up on using it because they don't have a credit card in the name of their company, school, or organization, or they can't get a debit card .

What is recommended for those people is

is. Bank transfer can be used by anyone, including individuals, corporations, and schools.

Please note that there are some points to be aware of when starting the operation of Ondoku's bank transfer payment.

  • Your plan will be activated within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.
  • If your username and transfer name are different, your plan will not be activated unless we contact you.
  • Ondoku's bank transfer is only available for annual payments.
  • There are no special discounts for annual payments.
  • We cannot provide refunds for mid-term cancellations.
  • We cannot accept changes to the plan midway through.
  • Estimates and invoices without payment or contact for more than 3 months will be deleted as they have expired.
  • Bank transfers are not automatically renewed.
    If you wish to continue the service after the second year, please issue an invoice again and make the payment.

    In this case, the plan will be activated within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Please note that this is not an expiration date update.
    If you wish to update the expiration date, please contact us in advance.

If you subscribe for a year, the number of characters that can be read out x 12 months will be replenished at once.
(If you have the premium plan, you can use 12 million characters for one year.)

If you run out of characters that can be read out in your account, you can use 12 million characters for one year from the date of payment by paying for another year.

  2. You can issue an invoice by going to "Payment → Annual bank payment " from Ondoku settings .
  3. Please check the contents of the invoice and transfer the invoice amount to the designated account.
    *Invoices can only be issued if the item is displayed in Japan.
    *Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
    *If you have a monthly contract, please cancel your monthly contract before making the transfer.
    If you remain in the contract, double payments will occur.

As a general rule, the plan will be activated within 24 hours after the transfer is confirmed.
If the user name and payer name are different, the payment cannot be confirmed. Please be sure to let us know by contacting us.

*If you are in a hurry, please let us know the approximate date of payment even before the payment is received and we will activate your plan.
In that case, please contact us after issuing the invoice.
Please note that if we cannot confirm the payment within 3 days of the notified payment date, we will suspend your account.
