Cannot log in to Ondoku
Well then, today we received an inquiry like this.
I registered as a member on Ondoku, but for some reason, I cannot log in.
I have reset my password many times, but I still cannot log in. What should I do?
If you have registered as a member but cannot log in successfully,
"Please enter a correct email address and password. Both fields are case-sensitive." will be displayed.
If you cannot log in despite having registered properly, there are mainly four possible causes for the error.
- Email address is incorrect
- Password is incorrect
- Both email address and password are incorrect
- The link (URL) is incorrect
